The weld surface of the bridge shall be uniform, and there shall be no defects such as missed welding, crack, slag inclusion, burnthrough, crater, etc.

各類彎通及附件規格，應適合工程布置條件，并與托盤、梯架配套；支吊架規格選擇，應按托盤、梯架規格配置，并應滿足荷載的要求。根據施工圖確定始端到終端位置，沿圖紙標定走向，找好水平、垂直、彎通，用粉線袋或畫線沿橋架走向在墻壁、頂棚、地面、梁、板、柱等處彈線或畫線，并均勻檔距畫出支、吊、托架位置。

3.空氣絕緣橋架根據支架承受的荷重，選擇相應的膨脹螺栓及鉆頭；所選鉆頭長度應大于膨脹套管的長度，打孔的深度應以將套管全部埋入墻內或頂板內后為標準，表面平齊為宜。應先干凈打好的孔洞內的碎屑，然后再用木錘將膨脹螺栓敲進洞內，應保證套管與建筑物表面平齊，螺栓端部外露，敲擊時不得損傷螺栓的絲扣。埋好螺栓后，用螺母配上相應的墊圈將支架或吊架直接固定在金屬膨脹螺栓上。

3. The debris in the hole shall be cleaned first, and then the expansion bolt shall be knocked into the hole with a wooden hammer. The casing shall be flush with the building surface, and the bolt end shall be exposed. The screw thread of the bolt shall not be damaged when knocking. After embedding the bolts, use nuts and corresponding washers to fix the bracket or hanger directly on the metal expansion bolts.
