1、根據橋架的平面布置，各層標高及橋架進出建筑物的中心坐標進行定位劃線，也可采用粉線或細鐵線。

　　1. According to the layout of the bridge frame, the elevation of each floor and the center coordinates of the bridge frame entering and exiting the building can be positioned and marked, and powder lines or fine iron lines can also be used.

　　2、如果廠家未提供立柱及托臂成品，可根據設計要求現場制作或預制，制作時應將材料矯正平直，下料誤差在5mm范圍內，切口處不應有卷邊和毛刺。制作好的支架應牢固、平整、尺寸準確，并按設計要求涂刷防腐漆。

　　3、立柱和托臂在金屬結構上或混凝土構筑物的預埋件上固定時，應采用焊接固定，并應有合格焊工持證上崗；焊接應牢固，無明顯變形。

　　5、在不允許焊接支架的工藝管道上及其他場合應采用“U”型卡子、雙頭螺栓、圓鋼吊桿或抱箍固定。

　　6、各支架的同層橫檔應在同一平面上，其高低偏差不應大于5mm，托臂、支吊架沿橋架走向左右偏差不應大于10mm。

　　7、水平安裝電纜橋架的金屬支架或托臂間距應滿足設計要求，當無設計要求時，間距宜為2m，在轉彎處、終端處及其他重要的位置可適當減小間距；垂直安裝時可適當增大間距。彎通、三通處應按設計或橋架樣本增加加強支架。

　　10、橋架在每個支架上的固定應牢固，橋架內、外連接板應齊全，連接板的螺栓應緊固，螺母應位于橋架的外側。

　　11、電纜橋架的層間允許小距離當無設計要求時，可采用橋架的外殼高度加100mm，但層間凈距不應小于兩倍電纜外徑加10mm。35kV及以上高壓電纜不應小于兩倍電纜外徑加50mm。

When there are no design requirements, the minimum allowable distance between layers of cable trays can be increased by 100mm from the height of the tray shell, but the clear distance between layers should not be less than twice the maximum cable outer diameter plus 10mm. 　　12、電纜橋架上層及下層到樓板和地面的距離，當無設計要求時，上層不宜小于350~450mm，下層不宜小于100~150mm。

　　13、合金橋架在鋼制支、吊架上固定時，應在接觸面處預先涂一層導電膏或中性凡士林油。14、當直線段鋼制電纜橋架超過30m，鋁合金或玻璃鋼制電纜橋架超過15m時，橋架不宜直接固定在支架上，應在支架兩側焊接導向板或在橋架內側焊接壓板，使電纜橋架在導向板或壓板內能夠滑動自如，橋架接口處應預留適當的膨脹間隙。

　　13. When fixing alloy cable trays on steel supports and hangers, a layer of conductive paste or neutral Vaseline oil should be applied in advance at the contact surface. 14. When the straight steel cable tray exceeds 30m and the aluminum alloy or fiberglass cable tray exceeds 15m, the tray should not be directly fixed on the support. Adequate expansion gaps should be reserved at the interface of the tray.

　　15、電纜橋架轉彎處的轉彎半徑，不應小于該橋架上電纜小允許彎曲半徑的值。

　　16、因受空間條件限制不方便裝設彎通或有特殊要求時，可選用軟接板、鉸接板。

　　17、需要在托盤底、側板開保護管引出孔時，應采用油壓開孔機或其他機械開孔，不得用電弧焊、氣焊切割。開孔后邊緣應打磨光滑，并采用合適的橡皮護圈保護電纜。梯架式電纜橋架不允許在側板上開孔，保護管應采用特殊卡件固定。

　　17. When it is necessary to open protective tube outlet holes on the bottom and side plates of the tray, hydraulic drilling machines or other mechanical drilling should be used, and arc welding or gas welding cutting should not be used. After opening, the edge should be polished smooth and a suitable rubber guard should be used to protect the cable. Ladder type cable trays are not allowed to have holes on the side panels, and protective pipes should be fixed with special clamps.

　　18、低壓電力電纜與控制電纜共用同一托盤或梯架，以及高壓電纜與低壓電纜共用同一托盤或梯架時，相互間宜設置隔板，隔板應低于橋架高度。

　　18. When low-voltage power cables and control cables share the same tray or ladder, and high-voltage cables and low-voltage cables share the same tray or ladder, it is advisable to set up partitions between them, which should be lower than the height of the bridge.

　　19、不同種類電纜所占用的電纜橋架間隔寬度應符合設計要求，隔板固定應采用專用卡件。
